Abstract The architecture of the classical DAC, which limit the frequency of the change of the input code (refresh rate) limited, what determined to shunting the influence of parasitic capacitor associated with a current output DAC. The capacitance of this capacitor,which determined by the capacities of p-n junctions collector-base output transistors and capacitance on a substrate in the block switching weight currents, in many cases may not be reduced. Proposed a method of increase in performance DAC for this division and reducing the impact of the output parasitic capacitor DAC at the time of the establishment of the transitional process. It is connected to the current output DAC some circuit correction of dynamic parameters with transfer function Sk(p), which provides the compensation of harmful influence of output parasitic capacitor. Provides the basic scheme and the inclusion of high-speed DAC. In the form of chain correction of dynamic parameters features of a scheme, which based on buffer voltage repeater, repeater current and special correction capacitor Cc. Defines the conditions of application of the proposed technical solutions. Discusses the results of computer simulation – transient performance DAC.
