Abstract At present, improving the system of remuneration of employees of higher educational institutions is becoming increasingly urgent problem. The article highlighted the forms of organization of employees of high school, as well as methods of work measurement of various categories of employees, which are important for managing an educational institution. A comparative analysis of models of compensation of employees of higher education, which allows the process to improve the incentives to improve the quality of education.
