Abstract The subject is development of the geoinformation model of the Baltic sea for exact monitoring and revealing of hydroacoustic anomalies, researches of oceanological characteristics and water quality management. Geoinformation methods allow to combine results of numerical hydrodynamic modeling, hydrophysical and hydrochemical researches of required region and data about potential sources of pollution. Developed GIS model provides with the complex analysis and possibility of forecast of coastal zone pollution and potential consequences for an ecosystem.
