Abstract This article describes an algorithm for determining the beginning and end of the chewing muscles electromiographic signal for comparing the amplitudes of signals from different masticatory muscles in order to confirm uniform load on the teeth and / or dentures during chewing. Shows the block diagram of the algorithm, as well as describes the components of the algorithm. Considered IMS is designed to control the quality of dental prosthetics, and can be used for other tasks of monitoring and diagnosis of the human condition, has a high probability of signal detection and low probability of detecting a false signal. The algorithm is highly reliable (a high probability of correct detection and low probability of wrong) and accuracy.
