Abstract This article is about of multi component model of inventory management with fuzzy initial conditions. This model allows to calculate optimal replenishment of inventory and cost function. Multicomponent model of inventory management with fuzzy initial conditions represent the expected loss in more natural form and allows to dispose of some inaccuracies. Given the large number of different factors, this article made a number of assumptions that allowed the use of fuzzy arithmetic to find the expected losses in a fuzzy representation.
