Abstract Known methods of determination Q-factor of resonance systems are considered and new method for solution this task, based on amplitude measurements is offered. The computer model of hardware implementation of a method and results of computer experiment is resulted. Dependence of an error determination value of Q-factor on the Q-factor of resonance system is presented. The received results confirm possibility of determination Q-factor with a new method. The magnification of a lapse for resonance systems about a quality factor less than 50 speaks lack of symmetry of a frequency characteristic of active making conductance in the field of a resonance.
