Abstract The article discusses the various types of inlet tracts. The analysis of their advantages and disadvantages. The principles of design of intake manifolds. Produced by simulation of standard intake tract internal combustion engine. Developed by the author is invited to the intake tract of the original form. Created a real model of the experimental intake tract. The results of experiments with different intake tract. The results of the experiments proved the reliability of data obtained through computer simulation.
