Abstract The article considers the specification of teaching in the students’ multilevel group of non-linguistic institute. For this purpose multilevel students’ group of non-linguistic institute was de- fined, criteria of reading competence formation were adapted, problems of individually significant strategies teaching, selection and appliance in the multilevel students’ group of non-linguistic institute for text processing were analyzed.
