Abstract With a view of modelling a consumer demand and the subsequent optimization of consumer behaviour on a commodity market and services it is offered the fuzzy approach for construction of the utility function based on application of a fuzzy logic. For sample sets of the goods and the services satisfying given set of constraints on incomes and market prices, corresponding values of utility function are calculated. On the basis of the received sample “set of goods – utility” it is carried out neuron identification of utility function.
