Abstract Describing of complex physical processes behavior on boundaries of area is the main complexity in building of mathematical model. Values of function in boundary nodes must suffice for equation, describing physical process, and boundary conditions. Approximation of boundary conditions is the main source of fallibility in building of discrete model. Discrete mathematical model of aquatic environment moving is describing in this work. Also approximation of boundary conditions is considered in this work.
