Abstract The submitted work continue researches on design discrete mechanical block models in which interaction of elements determines occurrence of the self-organized critical state. It is shown, that the critical state in two-dimentional system arises at obligatory performance equality of drop energy transmitted to the near blocks for all available directions of the parameter determining a critical steady condition.
