Abstract On the basis of channeling fenomina atoms in a microcapillary the model of cross-section cooling of atoms in a field of a superficial evanescent light wave inside of a glass capillary is considered. The estimation of factor of attenuation for cross-section fluctuations of atom in a microcapillary is lead and the length of effective cooling of atom up to energy is calculated. The three-dimensional model is created.
