For optimization of process of fighting with forest fires, selection of types and quantity of means, the forecast of dynamics of development of a fire which can be designed by means of dynamic model is required. In work the task of modeling of dynamic development of forest fires in a combination to process of fire fighting operation of air hardware is decided. The author offers the analytical expressions determining dynamics of change of geometrical parameters of a fire in view of activity of air hardware on its localization. Are allocated interference characteristics of development of a fire, and as operational characteristics of flight vehicles. The conditions determining an overall performance on a fire, and also characteristics of a fire and flight vehicles, subjects of optimization for increase of an overall performance on localization of fires are noted.
