Abstract Modeling tools are necessary for quantum computing. In work existing approaches of construction of quantum computers emulators are considered. The modular system with the open architecture, consisting of four blocks is offered: a mathematical kernel, the module of preparation of quantum schemes, the module of input of initial data and the module of results representation.
