Abstract The problem of modeling of formation of representations about a situation of a choice by the intellectual agent the intellectual agent display observable by it current and the last conditions of system and an environment, and also the information from external sources in subjective model of representations about a situation of a choice which then is used for a choice of accessible ways of action for achievement of desirable results is considered carries out. If to accept a hypothesis of rational behavior, the agent will choose the ways of actions leading occurrence of optimum conditions for it. As the choice of a way of actions depends on knowledge of the agent (its representations) management in this size allows the center to manipulate a choice of the agent for maintenance of own maximal price. The offered approach to construction of model of representations is based that belief, attitudes and propensities are defined by that the person does. That is properties, characteristics, behavior are measured, estimated on the basis of perception of a regularity of behavior at changing, but circumstances giving in to fixing. It allows to enter functional characteristics from supervision, to define structure of model and ways of an estimation of its parameters.
