Abstract This work is dedicated to building of mathematical model of computation of field of velocities with reference to Azov Sea. Mathematical model of computation of field of velocities with reference to shallow water basins was built in this work. This model takes into consideration physical properties: Coriolis force, turbulent exchange, complex geometry of seabed and coastline, evaporation, river flows, variable liquid density, wind currents and friction on seabed.
