Abstract The mathematical biology kinetic models included the zooplankton and fish taxis are derived. The numerical solution of the models are obtained by using the second order accuracy (in space and time), centered, implicit finite difference scheme. The numerical solution is steady; it allows carrying out experiments with a wide range of initial and boundary conditions and values of managing parameters. The results show that the zooplankton and fish taxis influence on the system functioning in ecological conditions of the Taganrog bay.
