Abstract The problem of in time delivering of information about abnormal situations on sea ships being in distress is still important. The method offered for encoding lets transmitting either information about location of ship, its speed, movement direction or speech information from captain’s bridge using a reserve channel without using satellite systems. The coder was been developed lets compressing speech signals and ship location data multiplexing them into one channel.
