|Abstract||In given article the question on urgency of management by business processes in the modern organization is considered from the modern point of view. Business process as the phenomenon mentions each producing unit, and the scheme of their construction influences efficiency of activity of the organization as a whole. Many experts hold the opinion that management of business process cannot take the main place in business of operation of business. At the same time professional managers refer on expenditure of time resource, at re-structuring of business processes in the organization while attraction of the foreign companies can be rather disputable because of delicacy of a question. The author has shown attempt to show and prove conclusive importance of the organization of reengineering of business processes, even risking disclosing of the confidential information to the foreign organizations.|
