Abstract A methodology for a systematic approach to the development of physico-chemical system based on the fluidized layer of the mobile irrigation bubble breakers is given. The relevance of the work is determined by the need to improve the processes of chemical transformations in the apparatus throught the intense hydrodynamics. Scientific novelty is in the creation of a theory of management structure of flows in the technological apparatus with mobile rotating bubble breakers.
