Abstract In this paper the algorithm of two-dimensional model for fluid dynamics, heat and salt transfer is constructed. It based on splitting schemes and Pressure-Correction method. In case of strongly varying salinity and (or) temperatures the necessity of the iterative process creation arises, allowing to coordinate the distribution of velocities and densities of the fluid.
