Abstract The author"s technique of formation of model BSC (Balanced Score Card) is offered, allowing to automate strategic planning at management of the organization and its divisions for realization of mission of the organization through achievement of the put strategic targets. In the base is Analytic Hierarchy Process – AHP, developed by T. Saati. Representing hierarchy of strategic targets and characterizing degree of their approachability as holarchical the structure, the given method allows to define on the basis of a supermatrix for key indicators of efficiency KPI (Key Performance Indicator) relationships of cause and effect of strategic targets and indicators, setting their weighed columns.
