Abstract The basic factor of success in business today are the information, knowledge and experience – that who possesses these riches takes in the lead positions. Understanding it, many have already realized that the fact that the basic reserves and potential of knowledge is hidden in the company, namely in heads of employees. Concept occurrence «the learning organization» in which as training it is understood not only improvement of professional skill, reception of new theoretical and practical knowledge by separate workers, carrying out of trainings and consultations, but also continuous development and perfection of all organization as a uniform organism, formation of new system of values and new organizational culture became a consequence of these tendencies. In work signs of that are shined, the organization is «learning», and as obstacles which can arise at organization transition in a category of «learning».
