Abstract The paper considers intellectual multi-agent model for investigation of information system’s security service and a quantity of attackers’ opposition. Model discovers weaknesses of considering information system security system by imitating actions of security service and attackers. It includes information system, security service and attackers’ agents. Agents make vulnerability graph on basis of knowledge about information system and chosen strategy and choose possible way of making an attack. This model considers interaction between agents. The formal description of model agent is suggested. The intellectual multi-agent model’s architecture and modules’ algo-rithms were developed. The model was programmed in C# in VisualStudio.Net.
