Abstract In article the urgency of this problem reveals, the technique of definition of necessary and sufficient width of fragments of interconnections and algorithms of interconnection of a source of electric signals with receivers, and constructions of orthogonal Steiner Trees, interconnections of various width is offered. The offered approach to construction of connecting trees gives possibility essentially to save the area occupied with an interconnection wiring, and low labour input of algorithms allows them to be used at the decision of problems of synthesis of an interconnection layout of the integrated microcircuit.
