Abstract The estimation of efficiency of EEG application and cognitive evoked potentials at patients with multiple sclerosis is lead in this work. Using module General Discriminant Analysis (GDA) the integrated vector reflecting distribution of the most significant frequencies on all areas of a brain for sick multiple sclerosis and practically healthy examinees has been received. Diagnostic efficiency of the created models on revealing patients with multiple sclerosis with use of parameters background EEG has made 0,68.
