Abstract Software was developed to analyze character points on the photoplethysmogram and to calculate augmentation index, stiffness index and relative decrease of augmentation index after ischemic test. The developed method provides good classification ability, especially relative decrease of augmentation index and thus can be applied in diagnostics and patient monitoring.
