Abstract Method of hematocrit estimation, based on definition of frequency characteristic of bioelectrical impedance of blood sample by testing affection impulse is offered. After time-to-frequency transformation of obtained data, electrical characteristics of impedance different components definite. So, the electrical equivalents of this biological tissues, and specifically hematocrit, can be obtained. This approach allows decreasing the uncertainties, stipulated by electrolytic characteristics of plasma.
