Abstract Questions of improvement of information characteristics of the existing biometric systems intended for research of passive electric properties of biological object were considered. Results of an experimental research of passive electric properties of a biological fabric on the basis of which the estimation of adequacy of three types of the mathematical models is spent, being are resulted by a basis of realization of three different methods of preliminary processing of the primary measuring information.
