Abstract Experience of the multiagent approach is considered at creation of the FlyEx databases with nanobio-images and an adaptive electronic service infrastructure for molecular-biological systems with elements self- organizing. Created cyber-infrastructure for nanobiotechnology promotes creation of mechanisms of the international integration and increases the competitiveness of the Russian educational establishments in the field of nanotechnology and nanoindustry.
