Abstract By methods quantum chemistry and 1H, 13C NMR was investigated the interaction of the quercetin with the cell membrane phosphatidylcholin. Formed by the rings of the quercetin and the choline group of the phosphatidylcholine molecule by means of π-system of the heterocycle electrons established. The existence of the complex was confirmed by NMR spectroscopy.
