Abstract Integration of data and knowledge is one of the most important problems of ensuring interoperability of information systems at the structural and semantic level. In work the attention is focused on the last, most essential problem area which raises the question of the specification of compliance of sense and implementation of display of sushchnost and communications of information systems each other in terms of the general information field set by ontology of subject domain. New approach to the solution of a problem of integration of multiple ontologies for ensuring compatibility and representation of data and knowledge in intellectual information systems is considered. Questions of coordination and ensuring semantic correct interoperability of resources of knowledge in the context of subject domain of the information systems founded on knowledge are proved: heterogeneity of ontologic models and specifications at the level of conceptual semantics; transformation of non-uniform data. Modern methods of integration of ontologies are briefly stated. The ontologic model of integration of data and knowledge with non-uniform ontologic specifications allowing to analyze semantic links, regularities and dependences arising between them is offered. For solution of the problem of the semantic conflicts creation of resultant ontology from several concepts, the relations and attributes, initial at the level of compliance, is offered. Process of integration of models of ontologic structures of the information systems focused on sharing of data and knowledge is reduced to creation of displays and establishment of interrelations in uniform model taking into account coordination of multiple ontologies at the levels of model and conceptual semantics. Practical aspects of realization of information systems on the basis of the offered methods and model of semantic integration of non-uniform data and knowledge are considered.
