Abstract This paper analyzes modern technology and methods of creation of educational information systems and sub-systems, methods and mechanisms for the development of information subsystems based on the interaction of game scenarios and augmented and virtual reality. The structural model for building software module takes into account the needs of a wide range of users, to support the process of educational lectures and practical exercises. Developed information and logical model of an information system that displays information domain as a set of information objects and relationships between them. These subject areas are copyrights interactive three- dimensional models that extend the capabilities of the educational process. The algorithm of functioning mobile application that demonstrates the ability to perform audits, followed by recommendations. The practical implementation of mobile applications will improve the clarity and visualization of printed manuals using augmented reality technology, which allows to supply three-dimensional context information of existing training materials and models. Developed a mobile application for the Android platform includes interactive educational three-dimensional models for medical students, as it is in this area the most popular are models of visual and interactive training materials. The proposed model, architecture and algorithm are the components of the proposed new method of information systems based on augmented and virtual reality. Development is based on the use of modern technology of pattern recognition, tracking the position of the object in space, technology, three-dimensional modeling and design, the use of which increases the efficiency of the developed educational information systems.
