Abstract The research is devoted to the consideration of issues related to the construction of adaptive noise signal generators, which parameters can be adjusted in relation to the concrete situation of the distribution of Transient Electromagnetic Pulse Emanation, formed by technical means of information processing, forming and transmitting. It is noted that the current noise signal generators used to mask Transient Electromagnetic Pulse Emanation tend to have an increased output power integrated, which can interfere with various technical devices. The frequency range in masking Transient Electromagnetic Pulse Emanation at the known noise signal generators is quite wide, it is not always necessary and may be undesirable. As a rule, the spectral characteristic of the noise signal has a decline in the high frequency region. These disadvantages can be mitigated using adaptive noise generators signal. Such generators should have a structure that is distributed over a range of frequencies (multi-channel noise generators). They are characterized by the fact that the masked Transient Electromagnetic Pulse Emanation frequency range is divided into subranges. Each frequency subrange has its own channel forming the noise signal. In this case it is possible to manage the parameters of the noise signal: power emitted by a noise signal and frequency range masking Transient Electromagnetic Pulse Emanation. As a device used for generating the noise signal in each channel can be used the modulators of amplitude-modulated and frequency-modulated waves, where used is the quasi-harmonic signal of the carrier wave signal as well as low-frequency noise - noise-like signal produced by the respective machine. These signals let you provide a richer, in relation to spectral components, noise signal. At the same time, in amplitude-modulated waves by changing the duration of a noise-like signal pulses, and in frequency-modulated waves by changing the pulse amplitude control, we can provide a bandwidth of frequency masking Transient Electromagnetic Pulse Emanation.
