Abstract The solution for the human hearing diseases early diagnostics problem is relevant for ongo-ing preventive population surveys. For the purposes of the hearing diagnostics traditionally used are subjective methods of inspection, such as tone and speech audiometry and objective methods, one of which is tympanometry. These methods provide a graphical representation of the results. The qualitative and quantitative assessment of the results, particularly the analysis and decision-making on characteristics such as the shape and configuration of the tone audiogram, speech audiogram and tympanograms are influenced by the subjectivity of evaluation by different experts. This difference in estimates can be significant, affecting the accuracy of the diagnostics. The paper presents a block diagram of biotechnical system diagnostics of hearing disorders, which allows implementation of the statistical methods of analysis of tone audiogram and tympanograms. We used the data of the results of impedance audiometry tone audiometry. Conducted was the regression analysis of audiogram and tympanograms of type C with a diagnosis of otitis. It calculates the average value of the correlation coefficient for pressure inside the eardrum and its standard deviation. Results of the analysis of data to assess the strength of correlation tone audiogram, corresponding disturbances sound perception and conduction with otitis and tympanograms presented in this paper lead to the conclusion that as a significant sign of the coupling strength can be taken into account the sign of the correlation coefficient for the cases of deviation from standards. Using the results of the evaluation of correlation tone in threshold audiogram and tympanograms the correlation graphs are built. As an indication of the tone audiogram used was the Pearson correlation coefficient. In tympanograms analysis used was the Spearman"s rank correlation coefficient. In constructing the correlation graphs established were the communications, for which the correlation coefficient value was below the threshold. The built correlation galaxies have allowed reducing the number of communications in the analyzed param-eters by eliminating the less statistically significant ones.
