Abstract The article lists the main approaches to the creation of robotic complexes: the creation of new ones or the robotization of existing ones. The analysis of existing information shows that leading foreign countries are paying great attention to development of military robotics. Research in this field are directed to step-by-step increasing of remotely controlled vehicles features, gradually excluding operator’s control and monitoring functions. A developed unified control system of robotic complexes is shown in the article. A description of unified robotics control system, based on promising military arms units is given. Enterprise scientific groundwork is being considered and there"s a list of robotic complexes being developed at the Enterprise. Among these works are the following: artillery battery’s reconnaissance robot, medical service"s robotic complex, remotely controlled mine clearing robotic complex, special firefighting vehicles’ remote controlling station, mobile biomormic robotic complex, multifunctional robotic complex based on track-type infantry fighting vehicle, etc. The place of developing control system within the robotic complex is shown. A succinct description of each work and its actual state is given within the article. Basic theses are illustrated with examples. An approach of Enterprise to unified hardware sets (unified robotics control system) of remote controlling, used for installing on regular military arms units, is shown in the article as well as their structure. A unified robotics control system can be used to robotize weapons and engineering equipment on existing and prospective track-type chassis while implementing remote and program control modes keeping the capability to work in the manual mode. In addition, the structure of unique technological competence in these areas is shown and methods for its diversification are described. Also, the methodic of economic effect from control systems’ unification estimation is given.
