Abstract Wind emotions and tidal phenomena model is considered in article. The model consists of two nonlinear partial differential equations for field of amplitudes and field of phases of wind or gravity influences harmonic pulsation. The model differs from existing models by entering the variable, not having uncertainty in points of zero amplitude. On example of uniform influence event with linear delaying phases are received estimations for rate of decision. These estimations are used for proof of convergence of the processes of determination of decisions and for reception of constrains on iterative parameters. The results, on the one hand, are completely confirmed by practice of numerical modeling, but on the other hand, explain existing at modeling effects.
