Abstract The derivation of a kinetic equation describing the atoms migration under the influence of radiation was considered. Liouville equation which describes the behavior of the system "colliding ions – atoms of the target material – the impurity atoms" was used as the original equation. Liouville equation led to a system of Boltzmann type kinetic equations using Bogolyubov method. The collision integral was used in Boltzmann-Vlasov form. Using of the Green"s function allowed to consider separately the motion of the incident ions and the movement of impurity atoms.
