Abstract The architecture transimpedance signal converters (TIC) with an extended operating frequency range are considered. The functional diagram of the classic TIC avalanche photodiodes and silicon photomultipliers and modification with a higher high-frequency cutoff are given. The basic equations describing properties of the TPS in a wide frequency range are given. The results of computer simulation in P-Spice on models integrated transistors "ABMK_1_3" (frequency response at various special correction capacitors Сvar), which show that high-frequency cutoff of the proposed TIC increases at 7–10 times are considered. A perspective circuit of the "currentvoltage" converter with paraphrase output and low impedance differential input, which can be connected to the differential sensors are proposed.
