Abstract The architecture of a broadband amplifier based on the classical stage with a common base (CB) and common emitter (CE) with a circuit to compensate of parasitic capacitance of the collector junction capacitance Ccb and capacitance on substrate Cs are considered. For increase the high-frequency cutoff (fv) in circuit added parallel cascade of mutual impedance compensation, implemented on the circuit with transistor with CB and buffer amplifier with a single transfer ratio. The theoretical descriptions and computer simulation in P-Spice on models integrated transistors FSUE NPP "Pulsar" of the proposed amplifiers (frequency response function for different values of compensation capacitor) are given. This circuit solution is especially important for ICs with topological rules 0,6 ч 3 mm (eg "silicon on insulator", "silicon on sapphire", etc.) based on which the implement circuit with increased radiation stability and an extended temperature range), where have large parasitic capacitance of transistors are shown.
