Abstract The paper considers the problem of automatic control system development for car parking. The decision of the problem is supposed to be made with application of methods of fuzzy set and fuzzy logic theory. In this work the analysis of classical control theory application is carried out and imitating modeling of the fuzzy control systems that have been built in system of mathematical modeling MatLab is made. There is introduced the procedure of forming of real function’s values which is defined by a fuzzy model. Also substantive provisions and modules of system of car parking are considered and results of the comparative analysis are introduced.
