Abstract This article describes the two existing schemes Charge Controllers for wind energy systems. To increase the functionality of existing schemes, it is proposed to develop a controller which enables to deduce single wind turbines from local levels to the level of the system, combined in the substation. Also in the proposed new structure of the distributed system backup and transmission of electricity between substations and consumers. Examples of charge controller electric circuits are given and desirable operating algorithm for controller providing applying of the main and redundant batteries is introduced.
