Abstract The reconstruction process of continuous signals after its have uniformly sampling by piecewise interpolation of two nearby samples is consider. As a priori information about the source signal used by the dynamic characteristics – limits the n-th derivative of the signal. In contrast to the classical polynomial interpolation the proposed approach dealt with by way of restoration requires only two adjacent samples, non-dependent on a degree n of dynamic characteristics. A step, linear, and combined (horizontally slopping) functions are considered as interpolation function. The estimates of the recovery error are obtained.
