Abstract This article describes the certification process in Roszdravnadzor portable medical device for individual use – Holter monitor (HM), "Holter M2", developed by research teams TIT SFU. For the certification of the instrument developed hardware and software package that implements the control methods of key parameters and characteristics of the device "Holter M2", such as am- plitude and frequency characteristics, energy consumption, dimensions, requirements for noise. Detailed method of checking the respective haracteristics specific to the equipment used are developed, as well as on the basis of this complex the section TR HM "Holter M2" "Control Methods" are prepared.
