Abstract Individual psychological coordinates of success of students of managers of the fourth year are considered. At the first stage of the decision of a task in view poll of perception by students of an educational situation has been spent. For the further inspection students with high indicators on scales have been chosen: abilities independently to cope with educational tasks; feedback about efficiency of vocational training; estimations of the importance of courses in the curriculum from the point of view of success in the future professional work At the second stage testing by the techniques concerning revealing base of scope was held: "Smyslo-reality ituations"; «The viability»; «The Technique of self-organizing DOS-89";" Diagnostics of strong-willed qualities of the person ». The model of the successful student is offered. Conclusions by results of research of personal qualities of students successfully proved in professional self-realization in the course of training are presented.
