Abstract The paper presents the results of an experiment to validate the choice of fuzzy implication, suitable for solving the classification of risks and the development of recommendations for the best risk: are the main features and limitations of the program, as well as the results of the experiments. The results of an experiment to study the fuzzy implications show that Goguen implication can be used to solve the problems of classification of risks and the development of recommendations for the best risks.
