Abstract Using known (trichloroethyl phosphate (TCEP)) and nitrogen-phosphorus-containing flame retardants, a system of flame retardants, which provides a satisfactory reaction parameters and storage stability of the foam components, and has no negative impact on the physical and chemical properties of the resulting polyurethane foam and allows you to easily combustible material. Thermal studies of the factors that have a decisive influence on the fire resistance of polyurethane material. It is shown that the developed system has a complex flame retardant mechanism of action: volatile halogenated products in the gas phase reduces the temperature of the exhaust gases, strengthening education in the presence of phosphorus-containing products carbonized insulating layer in the condensed phase.
