Abstract The purpose of work is researching modes of pulsed laser deposition for the development design and technology of gas sensor based on nanocrystalline ZnO films for fire safety systems. As a result, experimental models of a gas sensor based on nanostructured films of ZnO were developed. The maximum gas response is achieved in the 2V. Maximum sensitivity (600 %) sensor possessed by 10 ppm NO2.
