Abstract Testing stand allowing you to carry out high-temperature (up to 1200°C) materials and coatings tests is created. The rage of tests include long heat resistance test, crack resistance and peel strength in high-speed gas flow test at free or prescribed sample warping, resistance to vibration test and thermal stability parameters at convective and radiant heating, reflective surfaces characteristics test of samples at radiant heating, wear resistance test of samples at high temperature in a predetermined gas medium having a high content of abrasive particles. Thermal conductivity index λ is also measured. Tests are conducted at prescribed heating and cooling rate and available test conditions include thermal shock. The stand also includes a device that simulates operating conditions for materials and coatings in pulverized coal fuel power boilers. The stand is intended to be used for testing different materials and coatings of power boilers as well as for tests on construction and utilities materials and coatings.
