Abstract Тhe influence of polyols the technological characteristics and indicators of the fire hazard of cable PVC plasticates. It is shown that polyols contribute to the increase of thermal stability of cable plastic compound and do not affect the smoke during his тлении and burning. Among the studied samples mixture of esters pentaerythritol shows the greatest effectiveness in increasing the thermostability of PVC compound, improves frost resistance without compromising with the characterization of Flammability material.
